🤎 Each creation is special:   

An immense amount of love goes into making each piece. Every keycap and figurine is hand-crafted and hand-painted, thus will not be perfect. There will be some slight cosmetic differences between each, but they do not affect functionality. Every piece is special, and none are 100% exactly the same. 

🤎 Caring for your keycaps & figurines: 

If you're good to them, they'll be good to you!
Here are a few tips:

eep out of direct sunlight, as much as possible -this will prevent it from yellowing over time. 

✨ Be gentle when cleaning - a tiny bit of water is enough to remove debris, carefully wiping away with a soft cloth or napkin. 

✨
When changing out your artisan keycap, it's best to use a wired keycap puller; if doing so by hand, do it carefully by the base and not any of the small or fragile parts of the keycap. Again, CAREFULLY. They don't like it rough.  


🤎 Refunds, returns & cancellations: 

All orders are non-refundable. If your item arrives damaged from shipping, please reach out immediately via email with your name, order number and photo. If you placed the order in error and need to cancel, please contact immediately via email and within 24 hours of purchase.   

🤎 Payment: 

✨ Prices are in USD and accepted via Shopify Payments. 

✨ Customers are responsible for taxes, fees, import charges, and/or VAT charges which your state or country may require. Please ensure that all of your shipping and billing information is correct before placing your order. 

🤎 Shipping:  

✨ Unless otherwise specified, orders are typically shipped within 3-5 business days after purchase. 

✨ Packages that are lost or stolen during transit are out of our control. Please contact the carrier with your order's tracking number. 

✨ Please ensure that all of your shipping and billing information is correct before placing your order. If there's a delivery issue due to incorrect address input, customers are responsible for any additional charges incurred, in case of returned mail.
